Guah, I keep forgetting, but I should tell you my roomate will be staying with us at Fanime for two nights instead of one. So she will be staying there for Saturday and Sunday night. Umm, and I think she wanted to know how much it would be, too...

Oh okay, since (dunno if you read my post you commented on) people bailed out on me at the last minute, we'll only be booking one room for Fanime. So we'll only have 4 ppl for Friday night, and then 5 ppl for Sat and Sun nights now I guess. So it'll end up being like this:
For you: 80 for all 3 nights
For your friend: 50 for the 2 nights.
Sorry about the late estimate, etc, just found out last week that 3 of my friends wouldn't be able to make it. But let me know if that works for you.

:/ Wow $80 seems like a lot for three nights. I donno $60 is like average for 5 people 3 nights. Then again it's been a year or two since I had to pay for a shared hotel at con. My aunt lives by and I usually stay there for Fanime but I feel like I'm bothering them every time so I decided not to ask them this year. Since a lot of people have bailed on you I'd feel worse if I changed my mind and did the same. XDD;; But I don't know if I can afford $80. Well, I guess I'll pray that it's less. Hmm...I do have a couple of friends who are staying in a van this year (like I did at AX) I can see if some of them are willing to join the room, if you don't mind.

If it doesn't work out that's fine with me too though. I understand where you're comign from financially, so I'd understand if you think it's best for you not to room with us. I rounded up the estimate a little bit since I'm not sure how taxes work, but even without the rounding up it's still around $75 or so, and it won't get much lower than that unfortunately. D: It would be a little different if your friend were staying all 3 nights, but since not, that's the cause for the price difference I think. :x Just let me know if you can still room with us by this weekend or something, so I can notify jen-kat and yoshiko if there are any room changes, etc.

Oh and on that note...Silver Chaos cosplay? :D *working on it* xD;;; I'll be bringing it, not sure when I'll wear it, maybe Saturday? :x

Actually, the thing my roommate was going to do on Friday got canceled. She's going to stay all three nights (yay)! There's a few things she wants to do on Friday anyway. She also wants to know if we will have a microwave because she needs it to heat up some costume make up stuff for one of her cosplay. So I'll probably stick with you guys since the price will go down a bit.

Yeah, me too! I've been working on it too. I'm really excited about it. Saturday sounds good. I'm pretty sure I don't have anything planned for Saturday. I'm sorry ab out your jewel thing I forgot to send you. It's pretty much done it just needs the design around it. I asked my roommate since she doesn't have any new costumes she's bringing to Fanime to make the rest since I'm not sure if I will have time to do it. Plus I know she will do a better job than I could. XDD;; I'll give it to you at the con. :3

Yay~ Hmm, I'll send you a new approximation of how much the room will be. It looks like $72-74 dollars though for the whole weekend for each of us in the room. I think the room total is about 360, and then I added about 10 in case they charge some random tax (if not 2 dollars to be reimbursed). :x

Just waiting on my wig to come though :x Hopefully it comes this weekend or early next week. D: That and proper white pants would be all I need. DX

Ahh hey do you think either you or your friend can bring a sleeping bag probably just in case? Since we'll be bringing a lot of stuff up I doubt there's room for a sleeping bag on top of everything else (jen-kat's trunk space is very limited this year :x)

Yeah, I'm pretty sure we have sleeping bags around the house. I know she just bought a queen sized air mattress. I tried to get her to bring it along but she says the hotel room would be too small.

Oh! We just bought a cooler for food. It would be awesome if you could bring one too for drinks or something. Ummmm do you know if there will be a microwave there? We went to the store to look for one, but they were too much money. I donno she may just get it anyway. She need the microwave to heat up her burn scar make up stuff.

Another thing, I convinced my other roommate to come to Fanime for a few days. She just needs a place to sleep for Saturday night. If that's not okay she doesn't mind driving home and driving back. I offered because the room price would be a little bit cheaper. She also is going to take pictures of us in our Silver Chaos stuff. If you need another photographer for your Neo Angelique thing she would love to take pictures of your group.

As for wig stuff I'm in the same boat with another costume. The wig is platinum blond and I need more of a normal blond. I don't have time to dye it and XDDD it's like 60 inches, so it's going to take forever to dye it when I do dye it.

The air mattress works out too, but that just means you would have to inflate it near the window area (do some furniture relocation? :x) Or I think last year, we had one in our room, but it was at the foot of the bed near the table on the window side :D

That should be fine for your friend to stay over (and help with taking pics for our small Neo Ange group, promising a larger one for AX *crosses fingers* T__T), but I pricing will now be: $21 for your friend that wants to stay the one night, and then $71 for everyone else. :x Another option would be to get the king sized room and you can bring the queen mattress there? :x Not sure how big a king sized room is though :x Seems about the size of the queen room, but I'm sure there's room for an inflated mattress. :x Will check with yoshiko and jen-kat on that~
